向4L压热釜中加入399g(1.29mol)蒽醌-1-磺酸钠、45g(0.43mol)氯酸钠、780g(6.25mol)25%甲胺水溶液和1.2L水,搅拌加热,在130-135℃反应12h。冷却,过滤,热水洗涤,干燥,得180-199g1-甲氨基蒽醌,收率59-65%。 |
