用途 用于制药及其他有机合成,用作激光材料及电子元件。
生产方法 将三氯氧磷和五氧化二磷的混合物(摩尔比为8:1)放入反应管在200℃加热48h,将反应生成物移到浸入热水浴中的烧瓶中,用减压法(12mnHg)蒸馏除去未反应的三氯氧磷,再在沙浴上于250℃、12 mmHg下蒸馏。将生成物在沸腾的水浴上进行减压反复蒸馏,制得纯的焦磷酰氯。其4POCl3+P2O5→3P2O3C14
