其制备方法是在吗啉中慢慢滴加甲醛,于搅拌下滴加甲酸反应,自动回流,并放出二氧化碳。加完甲酸后,加热回流4~5h,冷却后加入****立即蒸馏,收集沸点99℃前的全部馏分,然后在该馏分中加入****至饱和,冷却分出油层,干燥,分馏,得到产品。
由吗啉与甲醛、甲酸反应而得。将甲醛慢慢加入吗啉中,在搅拌下滴加甲酸,反应自动回流并放出二氧化碳。加完甲酸后,加热回流4-5h。冷却后加入****立即蒸馏,收集小于99℃的全部馏分,加入****至饱和,冷却分出油层,干燥,分馏,收集114.5-117℃馏分即为成品。另一种方法以二氯乙醚、一甲胺水溶液、液碱等搂原料,一步法合成,流程短,设备简单,工艺条件温和,投次少,产品收率高,质量好。
用途
用作溶剂、催化剂、乳化剂、有机合成中间体等
用于有机合成及制药工业,也用作气相色谱固定液
N-甲基吗啉是植物生长调节剂调节安的中间体。
用于萃取溶剂、氯烃类的稳定剂、阻蚀剂、催化剂、药物的生产。
在聚氨酯行业,N-甲基吗啉(109-02-4)用作聚酯型聚氨酯软块泡的催化剂。N-甲基吗啉(109-02-4)还用作溶剂、催化剂、腐蚀抑制剂等,也用于橡胶促进剂和其他精细化学品的合成,用作合成氨基苄青霉素和基苄基青霉素的催化剂。用双氧水氧化N-甲基吗啉可制造N-甲基氧化吗啉。
