生产方法和用途
用途
用作分析试剂。也用于碳酸盐制备,发酵及羊毛脱脂。
生产方法
用300份50℃的热水溶解100份工业品碳酸铵,根据原料中SO42-离子含量,加入适量氢氧化钡,搅拌均 匀,50℃下保温1~2h。往过滤后的滤液中通入纯氨气至饱和(导气管口要接近溶液底部,容器要加盖,防止氨气过多逸出)。冷却至10℃左右,充分静置,然后将多余氨气放空,冰水冷却至结晶完全。迅速甩干结晶后包装。即得试剂一水合碳酸铵。母液可回收利用。
